I love flip flops. I think they are a fantastic invention but I have extreme difficulty with them. I was talking with a friend of mine and it appears I am not the only one. The plastic and/or leather straps cause us great discomfort and often give us blisters. Having blisters between your toes is NOT fun.
When I saw this tutorial on Mother Huddle today, I knew I had to add this to my To-Do list. I really want to give these adorable flip-flops a try. It is my hope that the soft fabric will keep me from getting blisters and suffering in discomfort and also allow me the opportunity to finally wear these cute and necessary shoes for the summer. When you spend all your time lakeside every summer, shoes like this are really necessary. Wearing regular shoes or sandals can get uncomfortable when you have half the sand on the beach sitting in them.
Isn’t it funny how when you finally start knocking down your To-Do list, it quickly grows right back up again and at a faster rate than you are tearing it down? LOL.
